We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The item is incorrect or missing compared to your order
- The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the order
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened spice packs or containers
- Products not reported within the return window
